PLEASE NOTE:

who are attending a service or event at Tracy Community Church. For your child's
safety and the church's protection, please do not drop your child off in the nursery or
children's program and leave the property.
The nursery is a service provided to the parents
and care-givers of the children of Tracy Community Church. We are committed to
providing the highest quality care possible for your children. In order to achieve this
high standard of care for each child, we want you to be informed of our operational
policies. The pastoral staff and nursery coordinators appreciate your cooperation.
1. Parents/guardians need to fill out an
information card for each newborn or walker that is brought to the nursery. Give the card
to the nursery caregivers. Update the needed information on your child as their needs
change.
2. When a baby is placed in the nursery, a number
will be given to the parent/guardian. Only the parent/guardian will be able to pick up the
child.
3. After registering the child, please tell the
nursery care-giver where you will be during the service should it become necessary to get
you.
4. If you are in the sanctuary, please note the
nursery call system on the upper left and right wall next to the platform (above the USA
and Christian flags). When you are needed, your number will appear on the screen. Please
go the nursery immediately.
5. Children with a fever, runny nose/eyes, or
congestion will not be admitted to the nursery. The nursery coordinators will make that
decision should there be any question regarding a child's health.
6. No children other than the babies, (i.e. older
siblings, children of workers, etc.) will be allowed in the nurseries.
1. During all services the nursery staff will
provide water and a cracker snack to the children. Please let the nursery staff know if
your child can or cannot participate.
2. The parents/guardians of babies who are crying
and cannot be consoled after 15 minutes will be contacted immediately.
3. Please label all belongings with the child's
name. Name tags for diaper bags are available from the nursery coordinators.
4. Parents/guardians who regularly use our nursery
services are expected to serve in the nursery ministry. Please contact
Pastor Mitch Jenkins for help getting started.
5. Nursery hours are as follows:
- Sunday morning Church, 9:00AM - 10:15AM and 10:45AM - close of service
- Wednesday evening 7:00-8:30PM
Please be prompt at picking up your children at the
close of each service.
